Return & Refund Policy — New Merchandise

We want you to love your purchase from The Vogel Victorian. Returns are accepted on new, unused items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, packaging, and include all tags.

Items marked Final Sale, seasonal merchandise, personal care products (including opened candles or sprays), gift cards, and discounted items are not eligible for return.

To request a return, please contact us prior to sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All orders ship via USPS. Shipping charges shown at checkout are estimates and may be adjusted based on item size, weight, packaging, or insurance requirements. If an adjustment is needed, you will be contacted for approval prior to shipment.
