Items marked Final Sale, seasonal merchandise, personal care products (including opened candles or sprays), gift cards, and discounted items are not eligible for return.

To request a return, please contact us prior to sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
