This item appears to be a vintage white ceramic embossed fruit bowl, possibly from the "Embossed White" pattern by Epoch or manufactured by I Patrizi for Williams Sonoma. It features a detailed relief pattern of fruits and leaves around the rim and a lattice design on the interior surface.
